Job Description Creative French designer/art director
For an international organization dealing in office supplies we are looking for creative French digital designers and art directors for the marketing studio. As creative designer or art director you are part of the studio which is located in the European head office in Amsterdam.
In this position you are responsible for adjustments of comps and wireframes for the web-sales platform to reflect functionality changes and enhancements. Your main tasks are independently concepting or producing designs and templates to satisfy needs for website, banners, catalogs, flyers, in-store, print, OOH. You will ensure local and corporate marketing objectives are met and that all projects are completed accurately and on time.
As part of the European Publishing team you will work closely with other teams and your tasks and responsibilities will be:
» Extend creative concepts into specific designs for pages and templates for print and web, responsible to Creative Director.
» Independently able to translate concepts and designs into various resources and media.

» Professional graphic or design training;
» Some work experience in an advertising agency with a focus on retail work in digital;
» Understanding of usability principles for web and mobile;
» Experience designing for Content Management Systems;
» Experience taking into account execution across multiple countries in multiple languages;
» Strong commercial sense;
» Experience designing templates and/or guidelines;
» Completely comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and various design tools - AI, Photoshop, etc; » Understanding of HTML, ability to code HTML a plus;
» International focus;
» Near native command of French;
» Good command of and ability to work in English.
