Over de functie van Export Medewerker
The export department is responsible for the co-ordination, planning and complete handling of all export shipments. It is the knowledge centre for internal customers in the field of shipments, documents, customs and export.
Tasks&responsibilities:
- Schedule and prioritize the daily activities with the team
- Comply with special order or shipment requirements
- Preparations of all required shipping documents in and outside the EU
- Verify discrepancies in instructions include taking appropriate measures
- Notification to freight forwarders and customers of upcoming shipments
- Carry responsibility for a correct and complete export administration
- Maintenance of track & trace files for auditory purposes
- Assuming and providing a professional customer focuses attitude
- Share export knowledge with the team

Hard skills: HBO education, working experience in an export role, strong knowledge of international shipping documentation (EMEA region) knowledge off ALL relevant export documents (worldwide), knowledge of delivery conditions (INCO terms) knowledge of HS codes.
Soft skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
Accurate, structured, eager, willingness to further develop and learn proactively, share knowledge, team worker, informal but professional attitude, career ambition
