Job Description Office Manager Agency in Amsterdam
For an international organization dealing in office supplies we are looking for an office manager. This organization has their own agency who deals with thier advertising and other commercial communication. The tasks for this position vary from HR related tasks to operational management and financial matters.
In this position you are responsible for contacting recruiters, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, monitoring staff overviews and open positions, following internal processes and updating the appropriate people, arranging office set ups for new employees, regulating purchase orders, following up on invoices and maintaining the overview of expenses.
We are looking for an office manager who has arond 2 years of experience with those tasks, has previous agency experience and is generally familiar with processes around this. Attention to detail and confidentiality is a must and also flexibility to help out on related tasks as they come up.
The closing date for this position is the 25th of February.
