For the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam we are looking for enthusiastic, professional and service oriented Customer Service Employees. In this position you represent the museum and you are the first point of contact for the customers. Your primary goal is to make the customers feel more then welcome.
In the position of Customer Service Employee you work on different stations like the cloakroom, multimedia desk, ticket scan and queue regulation. Your tasks are mainly greeting international costumers, checking tickets, selling audio tours and working at the cloakroom.
As Customer Service Employee you work in a flex pool and work in divers shifts both during the week or in the weekend, but also at holidays. Therefor is flexibility at great importance. We are looking for candidates who are available for minimum of 3 days a week, from which 2 days in the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and master average Dutch, excellent English and one other Western European, Asian or Russian language.
