For an international media organization we are looking for a senior scheduler. As a senior scheduler your core task is the implementation of channel's monthly planning schedule and perform monthly planning checks. Furthermore you accurate and effective place commercials, promotions, bumpers and fillers elements, of course with awareness of OFCOM regulations for UK clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Liaise with content and on-air team to discuss availability of materials, promotional strategy and on air issues;
- Implementation of new graphics and rebrand elements when required;
- Training and coaching on the job of schedulers in their daily activities.
- Monitoring output of scheduling team to ensure on air quality;
- Keeping channel manuals and workflow documentation clear and up to date.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 year experience in a scheduling or planning environment;
- Well organized and accurate;
- Able to cope with deadlines;
- Able to work independently and in a team environment;
- No 9-5 mentality;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch is an advantage;
- Excellent computing skills and a familiarity with at least one broadcast management system.
