Job Description Customer service bookstore French

For an international book wholesaler we are seeking a Customer Service Professional with excellent administrative skills and fluent proficiency in both spoken and written French.
Your responsibilities will be:

Managing customer communication via email and other channels;
Maintaining detailed administrative records related to customer interactions;
Collaborating with the Sales Manager to better understand customer needs and expectations;
Fast problem-solving and a proactive approach to customer questions;
