Position: Marketing Intern for final assignment

Job description: To provide both marketing and communications support for the UK/France marketing managers for 6 months.

Task breakdown Duties will be wide-ranging, and the role will provide opportunities to get involved in all aspects of the marketing mix. This will include: 
• Market research Undertaking primary and secondary market research and helping to collate research reports.

• Marketing planning To support the country marketing managers in developing both country and product specific marketing plans.

• External communications To include: 
Event management - Delivery of a range of events including corporate hospitality, trade shows and joint branded events with dealers.

Data management - To help organize customer data, using both excel and our internal CRM system, Salesforce.

Collateral development - Helping to proof-read and edit new collateral (brochures, posters, leaflets, flyers etc) plus liaison with agencies and print suppliers.
 
Testimonials - Developing testimonials with photography for external communications purposes.

Digital - Management of website content using our CMS software, plus involvement in developing and launching our new country websites. - update content/visuals of the country websites - Check premium stockists web site to see if our products are visible and create a natural link to our web site - Coordinate all web referrals requests (product sheets/ request for a sample/ news/ send out testimonials)

Branded merchandise - To manage the fulfillment portal for available country branded merchandise, and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Direct marketing - To organism direct marketing activities such as direct mail campaigns and eshots etc. POS - To work with suppliers to design and develop effective POS materials and dealer displays. 

• Marketing administration General marketing administration tasks as required.

The final assignment will be discussed in cooperation with the Marketing Manager.
