Job Description Junior Content Coordinator
For an international organization who trades in office supplies we are looking for a Production Coordinator within the Agency Account Services team. You are responsible for reviewing DTP production pages against the edits provided by local and central merchandising teams.
Through the use of a proofing tool work is uploaded and distributed to key stakeholders for specific pages in the page building process. The overall goal of this position is to review the content and design edit requests that come through the proofing tool and identify when an edit was missed or additional information is needed. Approximately 500 digital pages per week are put through the production process and edits are provided in English although many pages are built in local languages so attention to detail in key in the success of this role.

We are looking for a Production Coordinator with the following capabilities:
- At least HBO [higher vocational education] level of working and thinking
- Familiarity and affinity with office supplies
- Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
- Organized self starter with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload based on project schedules and pre-determined deliverable timeframes
- proactive listener and takes direction in a positive manner
