Job Description Scheduler
For an international organization we are looking for a Scheduler . As a scheduler your core task is to provide an accurate, distinctive and imaginative daily transmission schedule for different channels.
Your main responsibilities:
- create an accurate and attractive daily plan
- ensure schedules operate to correct programme timings
- identify presentation and promotional opportunities
- provide support to the Senior Scheduler and Head of Scheduling as and when required
- undertake ad-hoc administrative projects.

• Strong Admin Skills;
• Ideally, scheduling experience;
• Ability to make accurate and appropriate decisions when confronted with unforeseen circumstances;
• Quick learner, confident about mastering new systems - experience in a broadcast or new media environment
• Strong commercial sense;
• A common sense approach;
• International focus ;
• a special interest in and knowledge of films and television and/or music;
• Good command of and ability to work in English.
