Job Description Recruiter Talent!
For an international client located in Amsterdam who deals in office supplies we are looking for a recruiter for talent.
In the position of recruiter your purpose is to find talent to support the business needs for professional or management positions. Your responsibilities are mainly posting, sourcing, prescreening, assessments, interviews, selection and offer to internal and external candidates.
As a recruiter you will need to manage a colume of up to 25 ongoing searches and therefor we are looking for candidates who can work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
The spoken language in the company is English, so mastering of that language must be excellent.
The job is a permanent fulltime position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

About you... Your qualities:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably HR related
- Work experience 3-5 years at an international recruitment/HR department
- Experience with talent acquisition
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge and experience of the software program Taleo is an advantage
- Excellent communicative skills
- Organization skills and accurate
- Experience with preparing contracts
- Discrete and familiar with taking responsiblity
- Strong written and spoken English (native) and Dutch
