Job Description Junior Recruiter German

In recent years, our client, a major player in the energy trade, has grown into a global market leader in its industry. They want to continue this growth and that's why they are constantly looking for new talent. And you are going to help them!

Your tasks consist:

  • recruiting and selecting top talent (e.g. via LinkedIn);
  • conducting job interviews;
  • managing the social media channels and making sure (young) professionals get to know the company in a creative way;
  • building a talent pool;
  • selecting and enthusing (young) professionals.

We are looking for (Junior) Recruiters who can work at least 3 days a week.

Requirements 'Junior Recruiter German'

  • Has at least 1 year experience or affinity with recruitment (e.g. HR related study or work-experience);
  • Lives in Amsterdam (or nearby);
  • Is available to work at least 3 days a week;
  • Has a great command of the German and English language;
  • Desbribes him-/herself as an eager person and stands firmly in his/her shoes.
