Over de functie

For a successful Asian Airline we are looking for a Cargo Traffic Coördinator. A Cargo Traffic Coördinator is responsible for arranging and organizing the cargo flights. You are mainly concerned with the planning and progress of the cargo. In addition, you are the last person to check everything before the plane closes and leaves for its destination.

This position is full-time and is performed in shifts. In this position you are required to work on weekends (approximately 1 Saturday and 3 Sundays per month).

You will be screened in advance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Coördinating the turnaround of the aircraft on the apron;
  • Direct contact with the warehouse;
  • Supervising the build-up of our cargo on our ULD’s;
  • Flight and truck planning;
  • Pre-Flight Data Processing (Import data, Customs data, AWB capturing) and Post-Flight Data Processing (Departure info)
  • Crew Hotel Reservations;
  • General administration and assisting the Sales/Reservations team (E-mail and Telephone).

Onze ideale 'Cargo Traffic Coördinator'

  • Fluent in English and Dutch (Verbally and reading/writhing);
  • A minimum of one year experience working in an Air Cargo related environment;
  • Able to live and work in the Netherlands (the client will not support any application for a work permit);
  • Highly organized with ability to work under pressure and to deadline;
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office and Outlook;
  • Proactive approach with ability to prioritize and manage the workload.
