In recent years, our client, a major player in the energy trade, has grown into a global market leader in its industry. They want to continue this growth and that's why they are constantly looking for new talent. And you are going to help them!

Your tasks consist:

recruiting and selecting top talent (e.g. via LinkedIn);
conducting job interviews;
managing the social media channels and making sure (young) professionals get to know the company in a creative way;
building a talent pool;
selecting and enthusing (young) professionals.

We are looking for (Junior) Recruiters who can work at least 3 days a week.

Has at least 1 year experience or affinity with recruitment (e.g. HR related study or work-experience);
Is available to work at least 3 days a week;
Living in Amsterdam (or nearby);
Has a great command of the Spanish and English language;
Desbribes him-/herself as an eager person and stands firmly in his/her shoes.
