Job Description Quality Controle Coordinator
As a QC coordinator you will be the central point of coordination between multiple operational teams, ensuring that quality control and ingest workflows run efficiently and according to schedule.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the daily workflow of the global QC and regional ingest & validation teams;
- Monitoring priorities, workload and deadlines to ensure smooth operations;
- Managing and triaging tickets related to quality control and segmentation;
- Coordinating communication and escalations between cross-functional teams;
- Performing spot quality checks on audio, video and segmentation when required;
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the media supply chain department.
Our ideal 'Quality Controle Coordinator'
- Experience within media operations, broadcast, post-production or quality control;
- Familiarity with workflow coordination in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with tickets- or issue tracking systems;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Experience within a broadcast or streaming environment is considered an advantage.
