Job Description Quality Controle Coordinator

As a QC coordinator you will be the central point of coordination between multiple operational teams, ensuring that quality control and ingest workflows run efficiently and according to schedule.

Your responsibilities include:

Coordinating the daily workflow of the global QC and regional ingest & validation teams;
Monitoring priorities, workload and deadlines to ensure smooth operations;
Managing and triaging tickets related to quality control and segmentation;
Coordinating communication and escalations between cross-functional teams;
Performing spot quality checks on audio, video and segmentation when required;
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the media supply chain department.

Our ideal 'Quality Controle Coordinator'

Experience within media operations, broadcast, post-production or quality control;
Familiarity with workflow coordination in a fast-paced environment;
Experience with tickets- or issue tracking systems;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
Experience within a broadcast or streaming environment is considered an advantage.
