Job Description Sales Support Coordinator
For our client, a large international media company which manufactures
and distributes over 50 channels worldwide, we are looking for a Sales
Support Coordinator. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the
administrative processing of new sales leads from existing clients. You
will also monitor outstanding commercial actions on customer accounts.
Furthermore you will be responsible for:
- Administratively manage the portfolio of accounts to achieve
long-term success, supporting the Commercial Directors and Service
Delivery Managers;
- Generate proposals and ensuring submission of proposals in line with
the timescale asked by the client and coordinate with other
contributing departments;
- Assist with service contract drafting;
- Manage the European database;
- Act as a point of contact and handle customers individual commercial enquiries;
- Develop positive relationships with clients.

- You have a commercial, persuading and influencing personality
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken;
- You have administrative experience;
- You have experience with writing proposals;
- You must understand the fundamental principles of broadcasting;
- IT literate and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
