Job Description Scheduler EN
For an international media organization we are looking for a scheduler. As a scheduler your core task is to provide an accurate, distinctive and imaginative daily transmission schedule for different tv channels.
Your main responsibilities:
- Implementation of channel’s monthly macro schedule and perform monthly planning checks;
- Creation and development of an effective presentation schedule within agreed timelines;
- Liaise with internal departments for maximum efficiency: operations traffic and ingest for timely delivery, language and ingest of materials;
- Assisting Senior Schedulers in resolving media discrepancy reports issued by other departments and other external parties;
- Additional responsibilities may be added to this position, directed by management’s discretion.
We are looking for candidates who are at least 6 months fulltime available.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year administrative experience;
- Well organized and accurate;
- Able to cope with deadlines;
- Able to work independently and in a team environment;
- No 9-5 mentality;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English;
- Computer literate (practical experience with Microsoft).
