Job Description Video On Demand Coordinator

The Global Fulfillment Operations teams is looking for a fulltime Video On Demand Coordinator to join its Amsterdam-based team.

The department responsibility is to process and distribute all paramount's content for publishing on non-linear platforms, for both internal and external clients. We deliver world-class content e.a South Park, Yellowstone, NCIS, Sponge bob and many more amazing shows to platforms all over the World, including iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, UPC, SKY etc.

Your role:

  • Responsible for internal and external client relationships; main point of contact regarding all non-linear delivery requests;
  • Ensure availability of all required media components;
  • Liaise with international teams to ensure timely and accurate access to content and any necessary localization, including video, dubbing, subtitles and metadata;
  • Monitoring the processing of content across systems;
  • Oversee and uphold the highest of quality standards on all deliverables;
  • Warrant on time delivery of content to ensure flawless publishing;
  • Troubleshoot and manage issues alongside the technical support teams;
  • Identify and advise on efficiencies around operational procedures;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation;
  • Provide operational support and input around departmental projects and manage the on boarding of new clients. (VOD, OTT, Apps, Mobile, Websites.)
