Job Description van Customer Service - German

We are looking for fulltime customer service employees starting a.s.a.p.

As a Customer Service employee you ensure the best customer experience to the B2B market in all areas. 

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Processing and maintaining warranty cases and service requests via mail or digital platforms to succesful deliver and invoice spare parts and replacements items;
  • Training and educating your accounts how to solve technical issues and provide technical support to the customers;
  • B2B (Webshop) fulfilment management, including stock, order processing, logistics, invoicing and returns;
  • Support the quality team with input and feedback to optimize the quality and service of the products;
  • Support B2C colleagues or other regions when needed to ensure KPI’s are met.

Requirements 'Customer Service - German'

  • Speaks and writes German (near native) & English at a professional level;
  • Is fulltime available starting asap;
  • Previous experience in a customer service role;
  • Excellent communication  and administration skills.
