Job Description Customer Service - German
We are looking for fulltime customer service employees starting a.s.a.p.
As a Customer Service employee you ensure the best customer experience to the B2B market in all areas.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Processing and maintaining warranty cases and service requests via mail or digital platforms to succesful deliver and invoice spare parts and replacements items;
- Training
and educating your accounts how to solve technical issues and provide technical support to the customers;
- B2B
(Webshop) fulfilment management, including stock, order processing, logistics,
invoicing and returns;
- Support the quality team with input and feedback to optimize the quality and service of the products;
- Support
B2C colleagues or other regions when needed to ensure KPI’s are met.

- Speaks and writes German (near native) & English at a professional level;
- Is fulltime available starting asap ;
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Excellent communication and administration skills.
