We are looking for fulltime customer service employees starting a.s.a.p.
As a Customer Service employee you ensure the best customer experience to the B2B market in all areas.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Maintaining a positive relationschip with your account;
- Training
and educating your accounts to process orders on the new platform;
- Elevating
our customer centric services by being part of the digital transformation and
contributing to the evolution of service excellence processes and tools;
- B2B
(Webshop) fulfilment management, including stock, order processing, logistics,
invoicing and returns;
- Handeling
warranty cases and service requests;
- Support
local Account Managers in maximizing business opportunities and reaching the
sales objectives, cross & upselling;
- Support
digital marketing and sales team with input and content requirements to
optimize the omnichannel customer experience;
- Support
B2C colleagues or other regions when needed to ensure KPI’s are met.

- Academic educational background;
- Speaks English & Spanish at a professional level;
- Is fulltime available starting asap ;
- Previous experience in a customer service role;
- Excellent communication and administration skills, both verbal and written;
- Feels comfortable with administrative work.
