As a junior recruiter / talent sourcer you will work closely with the recruitment department. You will be involved in searching, approaching and screening new candidates. As a junior recruiter / talent sourcer you are the gatekeeper of new candidates within the organization. You take as many preparatory tasks off the recruiters' hands as possible, so they can focus on bringing home the new candidates (proposed by you).
Your tasks therefore consist of:
We are looking for junior recruiters / talent sourcers who can work a minimum of 3 days a week. Experience is not required, but it is important that you speak either Mandarin or Korean and English.
