Over de functie van Receptionist
For our
client we are
looking for a receptionist that will work on an on-call bases. You will fill in for the receptionist when she's on leave or will go on vacation. This means that you won't work regular days, so flexibility is definitly something that you should be looking for.
As an receptionist you will contribute by ensuring the smooth
running of the European HQ.
Your tasks as an Receptionist will be mainly:
- Opening and closing the office;
- Meeting and greeting all employees, consultants and external visitors;
- Report as required employees' attendance into the office and enforce the health and safety protocols of the company;
- Answering the office phone;
- Day-to-day coordination of the deliveries and shipments for the Logistics, Repair, Dealer Service or
Ecommerce team;
- Forwarding information by receiving and distributing communications;
- Resolving all office-related operational issues;
- Organizing meetings and arranging appointments as required;
The position is for whenever the other receptionist is on leave.
