Job Description Talent Sourcer German/English
As a talent sourcer, you will be involved in the first stage of the recruitment process. The primary working language within the company is English; however, proficiency in German is required when approaching candidates for the German market.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and selecting top talent (e.g. via LinkedIn);
- Managing social media channels and ensuring that (young) professionals get to know the company in a creative way;
- Building and maintaining a talent pool;
- Selecting and engaging professionals.
The assignment is for a minimum of 6 months. There is a possibility that the contract will be extended after this period.

- Has excellent German skills and a professional level of English;
- Lives in the Amsterdam area;
- Is eligible to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship;
- Is available to work 32 hours per week;
- Has experience with, or affinity for, recruitment (e.g. via an HR-related study or previous work/internship).
