Our client is one of Amsterdam's fastest growing clean-tech startups. Our client's goal is to accelerate the transition to sustainable heating in The Netherlands and abroad. Their first product is a smart, hybrid heat pump for the Dutch market. With their new product they estimate it's possible to reduce costs by about 20% and they're aiming for a payback time of 3 or 4 years. 

Job Description Technical advisor climate change

As technical advisor climate change you will be at the heart of the company. You'll bridge the gap between the engineering team and the customer. You will: 

  • Process all information that's received from the customer;
  • (Video)Call with the customer to present your plan and gather more information; 
  • Present the customer your offer; 
  • Provide installers with an extensive plan and drawings on how to execute the installation; 
  • Give feedback to the product development team
  • Do whatever is needed to make the customers happy and make this start-up a big success!

Our ideal candidate is available to work full time. After the training period it is possible to partly work from home!

Requirements 'Technical advisor climate change'

  • Has a relevant technical degree or affinity with technology;
  • Has practical experience in the technical field;
  • Wants to make a positive impact on the work and fighting climate change;
  • Is available to work full time.
